Hi there, my IGN is SelectPhew. I've been trying to join your server but am consistently greeted with a message saying I'm using a VPN (I've attached an image below). I can confirm that I am not in fact using a VPN but rather live in a student apartment building in Toronto that uses an American ISP. I feel that this may be the reason I am unable to join. Please let me know what I can do to join the server or potentially get whitelisted as I would very much like it join. I can provide any requested information as a form of proof. I look forward to hearing back.
I appreciate it although I still seem to be having the problem. I think it's with a plugin that prevents people using VPN's is there a way I can get whitelisted on the plugin? Do you need me to provide an ip address?
